Tigris Holdings, LLC (TH) is a privately held Texas limited liability company, was formed in 2009 and is the parent company of various subsidiary entities engaged in all facets of the real estate industry. Included among these subsidiary entities is Tigris, LLC, Tigris Development, LLC, Tigris Real Estate, LLC and Tigris Properties, LLC. The majority owners of TH are principally involved in the day to day operations of the company. TH’s principal office is located in Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas.

What We Do: TH is a real estate conglomerate engaged in strategic ownership of its subsidiary units which operate in the areas of commercial and multi-family real estate construction, acquisition, development, brokerage, management, leasing and consulting.

Subsidiary Units

Tigris, LLC: Tigris, LLC is primarily engaged in the construction industry with a focus on commercial and multi-family structures and is the General Contractor for TH and its subsidiary units.

Tigris Development, LLC: Tigris Development, LLC is a land development firm functioning in the areas of raw land acquisition, development and provides a gamut of integrated development services to projects from start to finish.

Tigris, Real Estate, LLC: Tigris Real Estate, LLC is a full service boutique real estate firm and works primarily in the fields of commercial brokerage, management, leasing and consulting.

Tigris Properties, LLC: Tigris Properties, LLC serves as the General Partner in various Texas limited partnerships. Its primary responsibility is to consolidate management responsibilities for Multi-Family projects.
